For sale here is an 8' 3-piece / 2-tip 5wt, hollow built quad made by Per Brandin. Serial #2/08. As-new condition with the crepe paper still on the grip. Medium tempered cane with slightly matte finish. Oxidized snake guides and red agate stripping guide, wrapped in transparent jade green silks with dark accents. All sections are straight, full length & serialized, and the tips are marked for ease of rotation. Ferrules fit perfectly and the females are fitted with Micarta & cork plugs. 6.25" grip and blued cap & ring reel seat over mortised mahogany spacer. Scripted and actual weight is 3.74oz. Action on the medium side of medium fast, a smooth casting dry fly taper in the 3-piece configuration. This rod is in pristine, as-delivered condition and is ready to fish or collect. Sold in the original bag and tube with canvas tube protector.
