Hardy - Bougle 3" Fly Reel

For sale here is an original 3" Hardy Bougle. RHW. Dark leaded finish with Mk II check work and engageable spare pawl. Ribbed alloy foot is unaltered, and the rim mounted tensioner works as intended. The bottom pillar is chipped on both sides, leaving a rough edge. There are no visible cracks to the frame, and the pillar appears stable, however the nickel silver roller is seized. There are a few other small rough spots on the frame, notably at the 7 o'clock position when looking at the spool side, and top pillar at the reel foot. 3" pillar-to-pillar, and the reel weighs 4.84oz. A few scratches from normal use, and the damage noted above. Otherwise, the reel is mechanically sound.
