For sale here is an early 1494 Pflueger Medalist in good used condition. 3 1/4" diameter with an interior spool width of 3/4". The reel features a round Diamolite line guard, sculpted pillars and metal spool latch cover. Amber Pyralin handle grasp and adjustable drag. A late 1930's reel with "Patent Pending" stamp. Black painted finish on the frame shows significant wear, and the spool has been polished to a solid silver color. A well-loved "user", ready to fish.
