For sale here is a Mario Wojnicki 265V8, 8'8" 2/2 8wt bamboo rod in excellent used condition. 5-strip construction, the rod is built on a medium toned blank with lightly oxidized guides and transparent tan windings with red accents. All sections are straight, full length & serialized (#101301), and the tips are marked for ease of rotation. Blued ferrules fit perfectly. 6 3/4" grip is smooth with light soiling, and the rod is fitted with an up-locking reel seat over cork spacer with cork & micarta fighting butt. The reel seat collar retains the maker's stamp, and all script on the rod remains bold and clear. Weight is 4.90oz. Medium fast action, an authoritative 8wt with semi-parabolic character.
