For sale here is a 3 1/4" fly reel made by Bill Ballan. Black side plates and spool with bright silver frame. Ventilated foot, counterbalanced handle with the maker's name engraved in the counterbalance. Loaded with backing and set up RHW, although the bias is essentially neutral. Signs of light use, but mechanically tight and cosmetically clean. Sold in a red neoprene pouch.
