For sale here is a Hardy St. Aidan 3 3/4" fly reel with spare spool in excellent used condition. Featuring ported spool and solid frame, smooth alloy foot and rim mounted tensioner with strong check throughout its range. Set up for RHW but easily converted to LHW and the nickel silver 2-screw guard is reversible. Rated for 7-8-9wt lines, capacity is up to a DT9 + 120. The St. Aidan is also a popular size for trout spey. Minor signs of use, but overall excellent. The reel and spare spool pack into a 2-compartment Hardy neoprene case, and one spool comes loaded with backing.
