For sale here is a very rare Paul Hermann 'Large Trout' fly reel in mint condition. The total production for this model was 20 reels, 10 each of LHW and RHW. This one is LHW (#TR-05) and remains in as-new condition. 3 1/4" diameter with a spool width of 7/8". Weight is 8.85oz. This model is the only non-multiplier made by Dr. Hermann that also included the double brake shoe drag found on his salmon reels. All aluminum construction with delrin side plates and counterbalanced S-handle. Suitable for most 6/7wt fishing. If you're looking to complete the set, don't hesitate with this one; you may not see another for some time. Sold in the original red drawstring pouch.
