For sale here is an Aroner 7'6" 3-piece / 2-tip 4wt Spring Creek 'Full Flex' bamboo rod in excellent+ condition. Offered as a one-of-a-kind taper, designed to load more under its own weight without being overly soft. The full flexing action along with fine, delicate tips make for an outstanding caster and a phenomenal dry fly rod. In addition to being a special taper, the rod is built with just about every deluxe feature Marc offers. Golden wheat straw colored cane with 3-up nodes, dark guides wrapped in transparent green windings with red tipping. All sections are straight and full length. Blued 'pot belly' ferrules fit perfectly and the females are fitted with machined brass and cork ferrule plugs. Accent wraps on the butt section below the script, blued nickel silver winding check over 5 3/4" cork grip (clean & smooth). Up-locking slide band reel seat with Payne-style acorn butt cap. The slide band is nickel silver and retains the maker's stamp, and the spacer has 3 narrow bands of nickel silver inlay. Weight is 4.20oz. A sight to behold, just a beautiful rod from Mr. Aroner. The rod packs into the original bag (w/ provision for ferrule plugs), and deluxe aluminum tube complete with custom heavy brass fittings.
