For sale here is a 7'6" 2/2 4wt bamboo rod made by Bob Gorman of Green River Rods. Excellent+ condition, I see no apparent signs the rod was used. Medium/dark flamed cane with bright guides and agate stripping guide. Wraps are sage green with black tipping & accents. All sections are straight & full length, and the tips are marked for ease of rotation. Ferrules fit perfectly and the female is fitted with a machined aluminum ferrule plug. The butt is scripted "Green River - 764 - 6906, and the protective stripe over the script is lifting in a few spots. It doesn't appear to be in imminent danger of peeling off, but the next owner may wish to address it. Elegantly swelled butt with strap & ring hook keeper. 5.5" grip is clean & smooth, and the rod is fitted with cap & ring reel seat over burl spacer. The butt cap has the Green River logo etched in the base. Medium/medium-fast action, it casts a DT4 or WF4 nicely. Sold in what appears to be the original bag, although it only has 2 partitions and a stiffener. Packed into an aluminum tube with heavy brass cap & collar.
