For sale here is a Leon Hanson 8'6" 3/2 6wt hollow built bamboo rod in excellent used condition. Medium flamed cane with light wire titanium guides wrapped transparent with tan tipping. All sections are straight, full length and serialized (#1301). Truncated Swiss ferrules fit perfectly. On tip is marked "light", although the difference in action is subtle. 3.65oz scripted weight, although my scale reads 3.8oz. Cork grip is smooth and clean, and the rod is fitted with a slide band reel seat over mortised spacer. A light and powerful 6wt, on the faster side of medium fast. Major power reserves, it feels just as comfortable at 30' as it does at 70'. Sold in the original bag and tube.
