For sale here is a Scott model 213 L3, 7' 2/2 3wt bamboo rod made by Mario Wojnicki. Excellent used condition, featuring lightly tempered cane with bright guides and carbide stripper wrapped in transparent tan windings. Dark accent wraps on the butt and at the ferrule & tip tops, and each tip is marked for ease of rotation. All sections are straight & full length, and the ferrules fit perfectly. Bent loop hook keeper over 5.5" tapered grip (clean & smooth), and cap & ring reel seat over dark wood spacer. Minor bluing loss, especially to the slide band. Weight is 3.16oz. Medium fast action, a responsive 3wt that feels like it could handle bigger fish. Mario's association with Scott began in the early 1990's and he made a limited number of rods each year for them, in addition to rods sold under his name only. They aren't terribly common, and they tend to be cherished fishing instruments. This one remains in excellent shape. Sold in the original bag and leather clad Holland Sport tube.
