For sale here is a Martin Model 72 Multiplier fly reel in mint condition. 3:1 multiplier ratio for extra fast line retrieval. 3 3/8" frame diameter with 1" spool width. Martin advertised "the Model 72 will take any fly line plus backing", but I find it's best with a 6/7/8wt line. It features a strong floating disc drag with quick change spool, two-way line guard and on/off toggle for the outgoing click (incoming is silent). Set up for RHW but can be easily changed to LHW. A great example of a reel that has become quite sought after in recent years. Sold in the original box with reel paper and warranty card.
