Scott Fly Rods - Custom G854, 8'6" 2-pc 4wt Graphite Rod

For sale here is a Scott G854, 8'6" 2-pc 4wt graphite rod in excellent used condition. Built on the original "Scott G" blank (not a G2), this rod comes from the Scott Custom Shop and is finished with oxblood wraps, pale green accents and gold script. All sections are serialized (#527355) and the spigot ferrules fit perfectly with gaps to allow for wear. U-shaped keeper, varnished composite cork windings check and skeleton grip & reel seat with cap & ring. All of the finishes are reminiscent of the original "Pow-r-Ply" graphite rods from the early days of Scott. The rod appears to have been fished a few times, but the cork remains bright, and the rod is in fantastic shape. Very nice work from the Scott Custom shop, and a great medium-fast graphite 4wt. Sold in the original bag and tube. The bag has a hole at the bottom and could use a stitch.
