Sweetgrass - Mantra 7'9" 2/1, 4-5wt Quad Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a Sweetgrass 'Mantra' 7'9" 2/1 quad bamboo rod, made for a 4/5wt line. Excellent used condition, featuring medium tempered cane with light wire snake guides and carbide stripper, wrapped in transparent brown windings & black accents. Both sections are straight, full length & serialized (#10-053). Ferrules fit perfectly, and the female is overwrapped. U-shaped hook keeper with marbled resin winding check, 6" cork grip and black down-locking reel seat over fine wood spacer. The cork is smooth with just a hint of soiling from sparse use. Weight is 3.53oz. Medium fast action, marked as a 4/5wt but I love it with a DT5. Built on the standard Sweetgrass tapers, the Mantra series remains one of the finest values in bamboo fly rods. Sold in the original bag and powder coated tube with maker's decal affixed.
