For sale here is an 8'3" 3/2 5wt Hollow built Deluxe "Model 8335" from the bench of Chris Raine. This is a new rod from the maker. Beautiful lightly flamed cane with translucent olive wraps and oxblood tipping. Lightly oxidized snake guides with Arguello green agate stripping guide. All sections are straight, full length and serialized (#487). Blued ferrules fit perfectly, and the tips are marked for ease of rotation. 6.25" modified wells grip made of ¼” flor grade cork rings. Blued slide band reel seat over dark redwood spacer. A lively 5wt with responsive, medium fast action. A great taper and beautifully finished; this rod will feel right at home on a wide variety of waters. Sold in the original bag and brass capped tube with canvas tube protector.
