For sale here is a Mario Wojnicki model 262F7, 8'7" 2/2 7wt bamboo rod in excellent used condition. The rod has not been fished since returning from a pit stop at Mario's shop that included a regripping at the owner’s request. Medium flamed cane with bright guides wrapped in dark honey-colored windings with red accents. All sections are straight, full length & serialized (#71104). Bright NS ferrules fit perfectly, and the female is fitted with a Delrin ferrule plug. 6.1" grip is brand new, and the rod is fitted with Mario's up-locking reel seat over wood spacer. Small fighting butt of wood and cork, and the maker's name is neatly stamped on the reel seat collar. Weight is 4.75oz. A strong 7wt with semi-parabolic action. A very nice option for dry-fly steelhead/salmon fishing. Sold in the original bag and tube with tan canvas tube protector.
